Job description

The Farmhand will provide full-time support in various agricultural tasks including planting, spraying, harvesting, and hauling crops such as corn and soybeans. This role requires willingness to operate and maintain a variety of farm equipment and work both independently and as part of a team. Occasional travel between nearby farm locations will be necessary to fulfill duties effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with planting and crop spraying activities
  • Support harvesting operations and crop hauling
  • Operate and maintain various farm equipment
  • Perform general field work as required
  • Ensure safety procedures are followed during all tasks
  • Collaborate with team members and work independently when necessary
  • Travel occasionally between nearby farm locations
