About T+H Farms
T+H Farms is a small farm and ranch producing pasture raised beef / eggs, organic vegetables, raw honey, and value-added farm products such as bone broth and tallow. We are passionate about local food systems, regenerative agriculture, transparency in production, and connecting customers directly to the source of their food. Our farm stands are a key touchpoint for building those relationships.
Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable, sales and operations-minded individual to independently manage our farm market stand most Saturdays. This is a customer-facing role requiring energy, organization, and the ability to confidently represent our farm and products.
You will directly interact with customers for 4+ hours each market day, driving sales while educating shoppers about how our products are raised and produced.
Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and break down market booth, including lifting farm crates, tables, boxes, and ice chests (up to 30 lbs.)
  • Operate point-of-sale system (iPad) and handle cash transactions accurately
  • Maintain attractive product displays and organized inventory
  • Engage customers in conversation, answer questions, and make confident sales recommendations
  • Stay calm and focused during busy periods or long lines
  • Problem-solve independently during the sales day
  • Touring the farm during onboarding to learn production practices and communicate them to customers
