This is a temporary position with an estimated start date of 04/01/26 and an end date of 10/01/26.
What We Offer
  • $53.78- $66.55 per hour DOE
  • Additional pay for bilingual skills, paid on hours worked

What You'll Do:
  • Maintain patient medical records, update patient medical history and vital signs as needed
  • Conduct patient X-ray procedures and store X-rays
  • Complete periodontal charting and prepare tools for Provider exams
  • Perform preventative periodontal care and assist with restorations
  • Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide
  • Provide oral hygiene education and formulate treatment plans
  • Support infection control program and provide input for clinic efficiency improvements
  • May participate in the development, implementation, and coordination of dental education programs provided inside and outside the organization
  • Perform clinical responsibilities in alignment with TJC, HRSA, and org requirements
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
  • Graduation from a Dental Hygiene school
  • Active OR State Dental Hygiene license
  • OR: Dental Hygiene License with Restorative Function Endorsement
  • CPR certification within 90 days of hire
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred at level 10
  • Knowledge of standard dental practices and current hygiene concepts
  • Skilled in dental anesthesia and restorative procedures
  • Ability to interact professionally with patients and colleagues of all ages
  • Effective time management and resource utilization to efficiently complete work within set deadlines
  • High level of dexterity and coordination
  • Basic proficiency with Electronic Dental Records, Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
