COOK III
Role Overview
As a member of our esteemed culinary team at The Club at Kukui'ula, you will be delivering highly customized food and beverage services. You'll be instrumental in crafting creative, high-quality dishes using the finest ingredients and adopting a farm-to-table approach. Your expertise in recipes, cooking techniques, and the use of cooking equipment will contribute to the culinary experiences our members and guests treasure.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years' cooking experience in a high-quality independent or resort restaurant, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Culinary arts program graduate preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge of recipes and cooking techniques.
  • Familiarity with various cooking equipment.
  • Experience or interest in farm-to-table food preparation.

Requirements
  • Ability to deliver highly customized food and beverage offerings.
  • Use creativity and quality in food preparation.
