ROLE DESCRIPTION:Grant Murphy - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.
Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. If you thrive in a supportive role and are eager to learn and grow within the insurance industry, we invite you to apply and become a valued member of our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Take payments, follow up on late payments and assist with daily bank deposits.
  • Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Insurance licensing is not required.

Compensation: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
