Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sprayer Operator to join our farm team. Pay will be more than fair compensation for the qualified individual. This role involves operating our Rogator 1300C and various farm machinery to support crop production and farm maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agriculture and equipment repair with the ability to handle heavy lifting and perform hands-on tasks in a dynamic farm environment. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to sustainable farming practices while developing skills in horticulture and equipment operation.

Duties

  • Operate sprayer and other farm machinery for pest control, fertilization, and crop management
  • Maintain and repair equipment, including welding and basic mechanical repairs
  • Perform heavy lifting and manual labor related to planting, harvesting, and farm maintenance
  • Use hand tools and power tools for equipment maintenance and repairs
  • Monitor crop growth and health, applying appropriate treatments or interventions
  • Maintain detailed records of farm activities, equipment usage, and crop progress

Qualifications

  • 2 years sprayer operation
  • Mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in equipment repair or maintenance
  • Familiarity with farm machinery, heavy equipment operation
