Production Manager

Based in the US to support and scale our manufacturing operations in alignment with our global production strategy. This role will report directly to the Manufacturing Manager in Richland and will be instrumental in bridging strategic vision with daily execution. As the Production Manager at Carbon Robotics, you will lead the production team at our Richland facility, driving performance, efficiency, and operational excellence. This is a hands‑on leadership role focused on scaling our manufacturing capability to meet demand while ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and reliability. You’ll collaborate primarily with our manufacturing, engineering, and logistics organizations to deliver on critical objectives. We are seeking a hands‑on, process‑driven candidate. The ideal candidate can drive productivity, manage cross‑functional teams, and ensure that safety, quality and delivery standards are met across the board. You’ll do whatever it takes – including travel and long hours – to ensure we are exceeding our customers’ expectations.

The compensation range outlined is based on a target budgeted base salary. Individual base pay depends on various factors such as relevant experience and skill, interview assessments and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements. Carbon Robotics offers additional compensation in the form of benefits premiums, pre‑IPO stock options and on‑target earning commissions for appropriate positions.
