This paid apprenticeship prepares you to run your own independent agency by teaching you sales, client relationship management, and day-to-day operations under the mentorship of an established agency owner. This hands-on program is designed for ambitious individuals who want to learn the insurance industry from the ground up.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Sales & Business Development: Generate new client relationships through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and community outreach.

  • Client Retention: Provide exceptional ongoing customer service, process policy reviews, and assist clients through the claims process.
