Position Overview
As a Site Supervisor, you'll play a pivotal role in the daily operations at our wind farm, ensuring optimal performance. Reporting to the Site Manager, you'll help lead a team of technicians, foster a strong safety culture, and ensure service excellence across all maintenance and operational activities. Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate a safety-focused environment at the site and promote continuous improvement.
  • Establish meaningful connections with clients to meet contractual obligations.
  • Coordinate maintenance and support operations to enhance turbine efficiency.
  • Manage technician schedules, work assignments and logistics in partnership with the Site Manager.

Who You Are
  • 3+ years of experience in wind farm operations or relevant operations management experience.
  • Demonstrated abilities in leadership and managing teams effectively.
  • Extensive technical knowledge of maintenance practices.
  • Proficient problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physically fit, comfortable working at heights and in varying conditions, with a high school diploma (or equivalent), valid driver's license, and legal authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Ability to speak, read and follow instructions in English.

  • Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time.

  • Ability to climb stairs & vertical ladders to heights of 60 to 100 meters and at times supervise work in confined space environments.
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, carry items up to, but not more than 50 lbs. in weight.
  • Ability to observe training and obtain certification in required safety programs that include LOTO, Electrical Qualification, Fall Arrest & High Angle Rescue & Emergency Decent, and Confined Space.
  • Ability to successfully participate in all training courses, including controlled decent practical exercises.
  • Due to design parameters of fall protection equipment, the combined weight of prospective employee, required PPE and gear shall not exceed 300 lbs. Required PPE and gear may weigh up to 40 lbs.
