Front of House Manager | Houlihan's - Champaign, IL

This is a hands-on leadership role. You are responsible for setting the tone on the floor, developing your team, and ensuring every shift runs at a high level.

We are looking for a manager who can lead people, manage operations, and maintain standards without stepping away from the floor.

What You'll Do

Lead, coach, and develop front-of-house team members

Manage daily operations including opening and closing procedures

Ensure a consistent, high-quality guest experience

Monitor staffing levels, scheduling, and labor performance

Oversee compliance with safety, health, and liquor regulations

Support service during peak times and resolve guest issues in real time

Manage reporting, inventory, and operational processes
