What to Expect in the Role:
• Prepare soil and growth medium.
• Fill tanks with water and handle irrigation equipment.
• Plant crops
• Harvest and package crop
• Load and unload trucks.
• Operate farm equipment and other motor equipment when necessary.
• When work is not available, workers may be offered other general agricultural duties, including building and equipment maintenance, repairing fences, and similar tasks.
• Other duties as assigned.

• The ability to understand and carry out oral instructions.
• The ability to learn to use and/or operate light motor equipment.
