Farm workers are individuals who perform a variety of tasks related to the production and harvesting of crops and livestock on farms. Their duties may include planting, cultivating, irrigating, harvesting, feeding animals, maintaining equipment, and keeping farm buildings clean. Farm workers play a vital role in ensuring that food and other agricultural products are produced efficiently and reach consumers. They may work on small family farms or large agricultural operations, and their work can be seasonal or year-round depending on the farm's focus.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a farm manager, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Farm Manager, you need expertise in crop and livestock production, farm business management, and often a degree in agriculture or related fields.
