Their duties may include planting, cultivating, irrigating, harvesting, feeding animals, maintaining equipment, and keeping farm buildings clean. Farm workers play a vital role in ensuring that food and other agricultural products are produced efficiently and reach consumers. They may work on small family farms or large agricultural operations, and their work can be seasonal or year-round depending on the farm's focus.
