About the Role:

Tharps Farm Supply Inc is looking for a motivated and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Firebaugh, CA! This is a great opportunity to be part of a hardworking agricultural community and play a key role in keeping our day-to-day operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Perform general office duties including answering phones, filing, and data entry

Greet and assist customers and vendors in a professional and friendly manner

Process and manage invoices, purchase orders, and other business documents

Support staff with scheduling, correspondence, and administrative tasks

Maintain accurate records and organized filing systems

Assist with inventory tracking and supply ordering as needed

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and communications

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required

Previous office or administrative experience preferred

Proficient in basic computer applications including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
