Position Title: Robotic Welding Maintenance Technician
Location: Madison, Alabama

Position Description:
Join a dynamic manufacturing team as a Robotic Welding Maintenance Technician, supporting production operations through preventative and corrective maintenance of robotic and related equipment. This role involves working with Fanuc and Yaskawa robots, as well as other robotic systems, ensuring smooth operation and high-quality output. Candidates should be proactive problem-solvers, capable of working independently, and committed to safety, quality, and efficiency. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting robotic control systems, maintaining mechanical and electrical components, and performing equipment repairs and upgrades to meet customer specifications.
Top Requirements:
  • Strong robotic maintenance experience, with familiarity in Fanuc and Yaskawa robots or similar robotic systems
  • Extensive multi-craft maintenance skills in both mechanical and electrical disciplines
  • Ability to work independently, troubleshoot effectively, and take initiative in resolving issues
  • 2+ years of maintenance experience, technical training, or equivalent certification (Journeyman certification, associate degree in a related field, or 4+ years of relevant work experience)
  • Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, and PLC troubleshooting/programming is a plus
