Job description

What if this were your next move?

Do you enjoy keeping complex systems steady through long production runs? Can you move from a gearbox rebuild to an Allen‑Bradley PLC interaction without missing a beat? Are outdoor, at-height tasks—on conveyors and hoppers feeding a mill—well within your comfort zone? If so, you might be the person who keeps our operation reliably on pace.

How you’ll contribute
  • Apply multi-craft maintenance skills to sustain uptime across conveyors and automation equipment
  • Troubleshoot industrial equipment issues—strong diagnostic ability is a big plus
  • Operate confidently around PLCs (AB), VFDs, and Fanuc robots
  • Repair and maintain mechanical components: gearboxes, motors, and belt drives
  • Spend roughly 25% of your time outdoors and at heights on exterior conveyors and hoppers
  • Perform preventive maintenance during active production to support output targets
  • Collaborate with a newer production team to keep machines running smoothly
Where you’ll work
  • An industrial barn–style setting that’s well ventilated and fairly clean
  • Dust is common due to dry food production; floors are free of oil and liquids
  • Operations are FDA regulated with defined cleanliness expectations
  • Some duties occur outdoors at elevation on conveyors, motors, and hoppers feeding into the mill
Ready to steady the line?

If tackling mechanical challenges, supporting automation, and safeguarding runtime PMs sound like your kind of day, this role is built for you.
