Responsibilities

  • Program, integrate, and commission FANUC robotic work cells (handling, welding, palletizing, inspection)
  • Build and simulate cells in RoboGuide; design EOAT and tooling interfaces
  • Configure robot safety (DCS / Safe I/O) and integrate with Allen-Bradley PLC controls
  • Interface robots with vision systems, conveyors, and line equipment
  • Commission on-site, optimize cycle times, and support customer startup
  • Document programs, I/O, and safety configurations

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on industrial robotics integration experience
  • Strong FANUC programming and commissioning (TP / KAREL, RoboGuide) โ€” required
  • Working experience with Allen-Bradley / Rockwell PLC integration โ€” required
  • Understanding of robot safety standards and DCS configuration
  • Comfortable on the plant floor and traveling to client sites
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen (required for ITAR-controlled and government-related work)

Preferred

  • KUKA, ABB, or collaborative robot (CRX) experience
  • Robotic welding (Lincoln Electric, Miller) or vision-guided robotics
