Job description

If you have hands-on manufacturing or assembly experience and want steady, skilled work, this Fan Assembly Technician opening could be your next step. You'll work for a company that has spent decades building precision components for the aerospace, medical, and defense industries, and takes pride in the quality behind everything it makes. The environment is clean, organized, and safety-focused, with experienced teammates who take training seriously. This is more than another shift on a line; it's a chance to build real skills in precision manufacturing, with a temp-to-hire path toward a permanent role and the stability that comes with it.

As a Fan Assembly Technician you will:
•    Assemble AC and DC axial fans, blowers, and motorized impellers to specification
•    Use hand tools and fixtures to build and test finished fan assemblies
•    Perform basic functional and quality testing on completed units
•    Follow work instructions and maintain accurate production documentation
•    Package finished assemblies for shipment

Schedule
Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with overtime available on Fridays

Pay
$22 - $23/hr, depending on experience 

Fan Assembly Technician Requirements
•    At least 6 months of mechanical or production assembly experience
•    Ability to read and follow work orders and assembly instructions
•    Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
•    High school diploma or GED
•    Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for a full shift
