ABOUT REVELXP
REVELXP is a premier sports hospitality company. We work with hundreds of college and professional teams and major sporting events to deliver exceptional fan experiences, including full-service tailgates, premium hospitality events and exclusive ticket packages. In addition to managing fan experience offerings, we also provide comprehensive hospitality solutions to our team and event partners with event staffing, event management, premium hospitality management and venue installations.
We are growing at a rapid pace and are looking for goal-oriented, purpose driven, high-energy individuals to join our team!
We created REVELXP to reimagine and redefine game day with memory-making experiences that ignite fan passion, drive attendance, and build loyalty for sports and entertainment brands across the world. We believe that sports play a powerful, community building part in society and we work with the purpose of amplifying the social experience around gameday.
This is why jobs here at REVELXP offer countless ways to create memorable experiences - from hospitality to operations to revenue generation. Our fast-paced, fun environment is what helps us create true partnerships with the professional sports properties we work alongside. The REVELXP team seeks to grow with innovative self-starters who want to be a part of reshaping fan experiences across the nation. We operate along a core set of values that set us apart in how we work and who is a great fit for our team: service, entrepreneurship, and joy.
FANgineers play a vital role in the success of the hospitality program and game days - they help engineer a great experience by providing the highest level of hospitality for our fans in the premium seating areas on game day. FANgineers serve as goodwill ambassadors to donors and their guests while maintaining the operational policies in place for all premium seating areas. FANgineers also serve as a liaison between donors, caterers, maintenance staff, custodial staff, Hospitality Coordinator, and Athletic Department personnel.
This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer service, enjoy working in fast-paced environments, and take pride in delivering exceptional, detail-oriented guest experiences. You will represent both REVELxp and Vanderbilt, ensuring that each guest feels valued and supported from the moment they arrive until the end of the event.
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary duties to include, but not limited to the following:
  • Act as game day ambassadors for the REVELxp, Commodore Club and Vanderbilt Athletics Department
  • Perform G.O.L.D. Standard Service for all guests, fans, and department staff
  • Ensure all game day policies and procedures are being upheld
  • Monitor entrances, review tickets, and be aware of access control protocols
  • Serve as a welcoming greeter and ticket attendant
  • Serve as an elevator attendant and people movement (access) monitor
  • Perform pre-, during-, and post-game duties associated with the premium areas (i.e., fulfilling requests, disposing trash, monitoring facility, etc.)
  • Upholding a professional and welcoming atmosphere in all premium areas
  • Other duties as assigned

AVAILABILITY and OPPORTUNITIES
  • Must be available to work all home football games at FirstBank Stadium.
  • FANgineers are hourly employees. Hours will range between 6-14 hours per week depending on the home game schedule and game preparation needs each week.
  • FANgineers are expected to work the entire football game day shift, which typically begins 90 minutes before stadium gates open and ends approximately 90 minutes post-game.
  • This is a seasonal, part-time position, with the bulk of shifts scheduled between August and December, aligning with the NCAA football. This is a great opportunity for students, young professionals, or anyone looking to gain experience in sports management, hospitality, and event operations in a collegiate athletics environment.
