Position Summary The New Orleans Saints Fan Experience Department is seeking passionate, energetic individuals to join our team as Saints Game Day Ambassadors for the 2026 season. This part-time, seasonal position is essential in providing exceptional customer service to fans attending New Orleans Saints games at the Caesars Superdome. As a Saints Ambassador, you will play a key role in ensuring a world-class experience for every fan.
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Be the first friendly face fans see upon arrival at the Caesars Superdome, setting the tone for an unforgettable game day experience.
  • Assist the Fan Experience Department with fan relations during all home games for the New Orleans Saints, ensuring a safe and professional event.
  • Build and maintain a deep understanding of the stadium facilities (entrances, ticket scanning, concessions, seating areas, event activations, amenities, etc.) to deliver top-tier service to fans.
  • Proactively monitor key areas throughout the stadium campus, ensuring the safety and enjoyment of all fans and escalate issues through the appropriate channels.
  • Bring a high level of energy and enthusiasm to game day and take pride in representing the Saints organization in every fan interaction.
  • Grow knowledge base week over week and show desire and commitment to improve throughout the NFL season.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the seamless operation of game day events.

What You'll Bring:
  • Previous experience in customer service and hospitality is preferred but not required.
  • Must be available to work all Saints home games, as well as additional potential pre-game duties (including playoffs) and other events throughout the season, including all pre-season training sessions and virtual weekly trainings ahead of each game during the season.
  • Outstanding customer service and teamwork skills, with a focus on making each fan feel valued and welcome.
  • A positive, "can-do" attitude with a commitment to professionalism and excellence.
  • Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and dedication to delivering a superior fan experience.
  • Exceptional leadership abilities, interpersonal skills, and the ability to connect with diverse groups of people.
  • Excellent communication skills, with an ability to problem-solve, follow up, and leverage technology effectively.
  • Must be available to work varied work hours.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
  • Reliable transportation to and from events.
