Job description

Job Summary
This Senior Client Service Associate will primarily assist Wealth Advisor(s). High integrity, attention to detail, excellent communication and enthusiasm for teamwork is key. The ideal candidate will understand that a positive attitude and efficiency in task management will be key drivers for success. We expect this person to, with training, perform the following responsibilities:
Main Responsibilities:
  • Perform clerical functions related to opening client accounts and ongoing account maintenance based on client preferences and requests.
  • Provide same-day responses to client requests.
  • Tracking and monitoring incoming assets and reconciling as needed.
  • Work with the Wealth Advisor(s) and the client in obtaining required documents for the account opening process.
  • Demonstrate operational proficiency of the client technology systems by processing correctly both the day-to-day business items and the ad hoc research needs within the client dictated time frames.
  • Perform money management related requests such as wires, ACH, journals, dividend reinvestment, cash management.
  • Identify situations that need to be brought to the attention of the Wealth Advisor(s) when necessary.
  • Track, monitor and distribute tax documents and other requests made by the client's personal advisory team, such as CPA, lawyer, and other family office staff.
  • Meet deadlines for Alternatives Investments to include completion of Subscription Documents and Capital Calls.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of customer service or administrative experience
  • Industry or Industry related experience
  • Experience working with Ultra High Net Worth Families
  • General understanding of the investment brokerage industry and securities knowledge
  • Ability to organize and prioritize
  • Excellent grammar and possess phone/office etiquette
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong focus on providing exemplary client service
