·         Scheduling requirements: Nights 2030-0700 ; Evening 1430 - 0100

Hospital experience > 2years

Advanced skills needed: Vancomycin AUC dosing experience, Aminoglycoside dosing, Renal dosing, warfarin, enoxaparin, electrolyte protocols, heparin, DOAC

Procedures performed on unit:  IV verification, Medication verification, IV compounding as needed

Certifications Required: Virginia State Pharmacist license required

Dress Code: (Required uniform)
