Will experience complex patients - Trauma/Burn/Critical care, peds, cardiac surgery, ECMO

Must have:

Hospital experience > 2years

Advanced skills needed: Vancomycin AUC dosing experience, Aminoglycoside dosing, Renal dosing, warfarin, enoxaparin, electrolyte protocols, heparin, DOAC

Procedures performed on unit:  IV verification, Medication verification, IV compounding as needed

Certifications Required: Virginia State Pharmacist license required

Dress Code: (Required uniform)

·          Scrubs – Silver/purple preferred
