Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) - Primary Care

Job location: LaFayette, GA

Job Type: Full time/ Onsite

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform physical exams and preventive care visits

  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions

  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests and lab results

  • Develop and manage individualized treatment plans

  • Prescribe medications and therapies as appropriate

  • Refer patients to specialists when needed

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems

  • Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure quality care

  • Provide patient education on health management and prevention

Requirements:

  • Active Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) license

  • Board Certified FNP

  • Active DEA license (or ability to obtain)

  • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
