Location:  Easthampton, MA | Salary: $135,000 – $165,000 | Status: Full-Time, No On-Call

The Opportunity: A Clean Slate Are you tired of inheriting a messy, overloaded patient panel? At the Center for Human Development (CHD), we’re doing something radical: we’re starting from scratch. We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner for a brand-new role designed intentionally around provider sustainability and clinical quality.

You won’t just be filling a seat; you’ll be helping us design the chair. You will work collaboratively with leadership to shape the structure of this position, ensuring it works for both you and the community.

Why This Role is Different:

  • Zero Inheritance: No "burned-out" panel or inherited backlogs. You build your patient relationships from day one.
  • The "Anti-Burnout" Schedule: Monday–Friday only. No evenings, no weekends, and no routine on call.

  • Engaging Variety: Community based care is the heart of CHD. Keep your clinical routine fresh and engaging by providing quality care within the Easthampton, MA community.
  • Unrivaled Support: You’ll have dedicated MA/RN support, embedded behavioral health colleagues, and visible medical leadership that actually has your back.

Your Impact: As a trusted Family Nurse Practitioner, you’ll provide comprehensive primary care across the lifespan. From chronic disease management to preventative education, you’ll have the autonomy to practice evidence-based medicine within a supportive, multidisciplinary regional care team.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Credentials: Master’s or Doctoral degree with FNP Certification and a valid MA APRN license.
  • The Right Mindset: Whether you’re an experienced APRN seeking long-term sustainability or a high-achieving new grad with top-tier clinical training, we want your voice at the table.
  • Clinical Excellence: Strong judgment and a passion for community-based, patient-centered care.

The Rewards:

  • Competitive Salary: $135,000 – $165,000 (commensurate with experience).
  • Growth & Education: CME and professional development support + potential loan repayment eligibility.
  • Full Benefits: Comprehensive Medical, Dental, Vision, and a generous Retirement plan.
  • Real PTO: Actual time off to recharge with family and friends.
