This full-time role is primarily remote, providing you with the flexibility to manage your schedule while maintaining a work-life balance. All therapists engage in an outpatient office setting for client sessions, ensuring a professional yet welcoming atmosphere for therapy. • Diagnose and treat various mental health disorders, tailoring approaches based on individual client needs.
• Create personalized treatment plans, employing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Conduct regular counseling sessions with clients, adapting treatment strategies as progress is assessed.
• Perform ongoing evaluations of clients' mental health and adjust therapeutic interventions to support treatment goals.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, providing essential mental health support while fostering a community of healing.
• Connect clients with additional specialists when their treatment requires specialized intervention, ensuring comprehensive care.
• Document client sessions and treatment progress accurately in line with organizational policies.

You will be working primarily with clients dealing with marital issues, family dynamics, and individual mental health disorders. • A valid state license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.
