Job description

This is a full-time litigator role in Boca Raton, FL, with the option to work in-office and hybrid/remote. This position will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to family law, including but not limited to: managing and advising clients on legal proceedings, drafting legal documents, preparing for and conducting depositions, and representing clients in court.


Compensation:

$120,000 - $150,000 yearly


Responsibilities:
  • Self-starter and team player with specialized knowledge and experience in family law and litigation
  • Courtroom and trial experience
  • Demonstrated experience in taking ownership of a client’s case – discovery, pleadings, motions, mediation, pretrial hearings, motion hearings, and trial
  • Ability to identify and analyze legal issues related to family law cases
  • Experience conducting depositions, drafting, and filing legal motions
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with clients, staff, and other attorneys
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Possesses excellent negotiation skills

Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
  • Florida Bar Licensed in Good Standing
  • 3-7 years of family law experience
