Job Opportunity: Family Medicine Physician

Our organization is currently looking for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) who is proficient in both English and Spanish. This position presents a fantastic chance to deliver thorough outpatient primary care to a diverse patient demographic, spanning from children to seniors, in a supportive and collaborative healthcare setting. Practice Overview
  • Exclusively outpatient primary care practice
  • Preferred experience in treating patients across all age groups, including pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations
  • Work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary healthcare team
  • Engage in a value-based care model that emphasizes quality outcomes
  • Receive robust clinical and administrative support
  • Utilize modern technology and resources aimed at enhancing both physician satisfaction and patient care
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive outpatient primary care services to patients of all ages
  • Diagnose and manage both acute and chronic medical conditions
  • Conduct preventive care, annual physicals, wellness visits, and health screenings
  • Create personalized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
  • Coordinate care with specialists and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
  • Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic tests
  • Educate patients and their families on preventive health, chronic disease management, and overall wellness
