The Opportunity

We're currently looking for an Intern, Business Development for the upcoming Fall term who brings precision, professionalism, and a collaborative spirit to everything they do. In this role, you'll be a key contributor to the success of our sales organization-taking full ownership of essential administrative functions while supporting high-impact sales initiatives that advance performance and growth goals.


Reporting to theManager, Sales Initiatives & Development, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth, day-to-day operations of the sales team, while also contributing to broader sales enablement efforts that span across the firm. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, finds energy in supporting others, and takes pride in being organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented.

The expected hourly range for this internship is $19.00 - $28.00. Final compensation within this range will be determined based on the specific role, the candidate's field of study, year of completion in their post-secondary program, relevant skills and experience, and internal equity. equity.
In addition to your core responsibilities within Business Development, this role offers opportunities to gain exposure to different areas of the firm through collaboration, shadowing, and project-based learning. This experience is intended to provide a broader understanding of how teams work together across the organization, while keeping Business Development as your primary focus.


You'll have the opportunity to learn and lead:

  • Assist with operational tasks such as calendar coordination, expense tracking, and maintaining smooth workflows-learning how precision and proactivity drive team success.
  • Support compliance, CRM updates, and pitch materials preparation, ensuring clear and effective communication across teams.
  • Help Business Development Associates with meeting logistics, regional events, and sales operations projects-gaining insight into the full sales cycle.
  • Collaborate with leadership on firmwide initiatives and special projects, developing project management and problem-solving skills.
  • Facilitate the flow of information between teams to keep projects on track and stakeholders aligned.


What you bring

  • Currently pursuing a degree in business, finance, or a related field.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and eager to learn CRM or task management systems.
  • Strong communication skills in both written and verbal
  • Curious, proactive, and ready to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Enthusiasm for learning about sales operations, business development, and team coordination.
  • Ability to work onsite in downtown Toronto.
  • Bilingualism (particularly French/English) is considered an asset
