Description
ChatterBlast Media, an exciting and fast-growing Philadelphia digital agency, is looking for a Account Management & Strategy Intern to support our Account Management and Strategy teams.
This internship offers hands-on experience across digital strategy, client services, and creative project management. You'll work alongside strategists, account managers, and creatives to help develop digital marketing strategies, support client relationships, coordinate projects, and contribute to the successful execution of campaigns.
Approximately 50% on account management and client services, 30% of this role focuses on supporting digital strategy and research, and 20% on creative project coordination.
We're looking for someone who is naturally curious, highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about social media, marketing, and advertising. The ideal candidate enjoys solving problems, communicating with others, and learning how a fast-paced agency operates. You'll have opportunities to contribute to real client work, participate in meetings, and gain exposure to every stage of the creative process.
This is a hybrid internship based in the Philadelphia region and includes a monthly stipend.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Account Management
  • Participate in client meetings and calls, capturing detailed notes, action items, and next steps.
  • Support account managers with day-to-day organization, scheduling, and project coordination.
  • Research potential clients, partnerships, influencers, and business development opportunities.
  • Assist in preparing proposals and presentation materials for prospective clients.
  • Maintain monthly project and hourly reporting for client accounts.

Strategy & Research
  • Conduct research on digital marketing trends, social media platforms, competitor activity, and emerging technologies.
  • Research client industries, audiences, and competitors to support strategic recommendations.
  • Analyze research findings and help organize insights into presentations, creative briefs, and client-facing documents.
  • Assist with surveys, stakeholder interviews, and other strategy initiatives.
  • Research creative campaigns and advertising trends to inform future planning.

Project Coordination
  • Help coordinate creative projects by tracking timelines, deliverables, and internal workflows.
  • Collaborate with designers, writers, strategists, and account managers to keep projects moving efficiently.
  • Organize project assets, documentation, and resource tracking.
  • Assist with planning and recapping brainstorming sessions for campaigns, content, advertising initiatives, and new business opportunities.
  • Help ensure projects remain on schedule and support the team wherever needed.

Internship Details
