Job Overview

The Opportunity

You will serve as an essential field professional, installing elite commercial, industrial, and residential fencing systems that define property boundaries and secure facilities. This role offers entry-level and developing installers the chance to master advanced construction methods within a crew that prioritizes meticulous craftsmanship. You will have a clear path for skill advancement in a company that rewards a relentless work ethic and professional integrity.


How You Will Make an Impact

  • Install diverse fence systems including chain link, ornamental, wood and vinyl advanced gate systems.
  • Execute precise layout and groundwork by using various specialized and heavy equipment, mixing concrete to exact project specifications.
  • Inspect your own work continuously to guarantee perfectly straight lines, solid posts, and clean finishes.
  • Maintain strict accountability for all assigned job site tools, heavy equipment, and building materials.
  • Organize work vehicles and clear job sites daily to ensure a clean, safe, and professional environment.
  • Coordinate closely with the Foreman to execute daily tasks safely and meet strict project timelines.
  • Assist with loading and unloading raw materials to maintain continuous field operation momentum.


Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven ability to lift up to 80 pounds on a daily basis during intense field operations.
  • Absolute willingness to work consistently in diverse outdoor elements and handle demanding physical labor.
  • Clear track record of arriving to work on time with a professional demeanor and strong integrity.
  • Familiarity with smartphone based software. (such as time keeping, logging, etc.)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required to work seamlessly within an active field crew.


Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience within a construction or field-based trade environment.
  • Valid driver's license (Class A CDL is a plus but not required).
