Job description

F&F Restaurant Mt. Lebanon is looking for Part Time Line Cooks.

You’ll collaborate with all Back of House team members to ensure smooth service and consistent quality. This role requires a passion for food, a strong work ethic, teamwork, and a positive, can-do attitude, all while upholding company standards and delivering a great guest experience.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years kitchen prep or line experience ( Pizza or dough experience is a plus!)
  • Weekend availability ( Saturdays and/or Sundays)
  • An-depth knowledge of kitchen health and safety regulations
  • Ability to work well in a stressful and fast-paced environment
  • Basic knife skills and familiarity and comfortability in a small kitchen
  • Outstanding communication and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to be a team player
  • Must be able to move, pull, carry or lift up to 50lbs on occasion and 15 pounds regularly.
  • Have the ability to taste all foods to ensure correct preparation
  • ServeSafe certification a plus
