The Line Cook at our fine dining French restaurant plays a crucial role in the execution of our culinary vision. As a member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes with precision, consistency, and creativity. Your culinary skills and attention to detail will contribute to the overall dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes and standards set by the head chef.
  • Ensure that all dishes are executed with attention to detail, presentation, and flavor.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen stations, including refrigeration and storage areas.
  • Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper handling and storage of ingredients.
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Communicate effectively with servers and other staff to coordinate timing of dishes.
  • Assist in the development and refinement of menu items, as well as daily specials.
