About the Opportunity
Lockton is seeking dynamic and motivated students to join ourPeople Solutions Summer Associate Program. Over the course of 10 weeks, interns will gain hands-on experience inemployee benefits consulting- working directly with teams who design and deliver solutions that help organizations take care of their people.
You'll participate in comprehensive training sessions, collaborate with client teams, and develop the analytical, professional, and communication skills that will set you apart in any career. This is a great opportunity to explore the insurance and consulting industry while being part of Lockton's supportive, people-first culture.
Essential Duties:
• Support benefits renewal projects, market analyses, and requests for proposals (RFPs).
• Contribute to client deliverables such as financial reports, benchmarking exhibits, and presentations.
• Learn how employee benefits programs are structured, priced, and communicated.
• Participate in professional development sessions and networking events with leaders across Lockton.
• Gain exposure to Lockton's tools, resources, and consulting best practices.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
• Status as a currently enrolled student, scheduled to graduate Spring 2027 or Fall/Winter 2026
• Legal right to work in the United States
• Preferred majors are business, insurance, marketing, finance, statistics, or health sciences, however, all majors are encouraged to apply
• Experience with customer service and/or project management
• Ability to work both independently and in a fast-paced team environment
• Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, and analytical skills
• Experience working in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
