Our student program offers both internships and co-op assignments tailored to fit your academic schedule and career goals. Assignment length and scope may vary by site and function, but every experience is designed to help you grow, contribute, and lead.

Typical roles in manufacturing, operations, and business span a wide range of exciting and impactful areas, including Manufacturing Technical and Process Engineering, Capital Projects, Automation and Process Control, Leveraged Engineering, Equipment Reliability and Maintenance, Continuous Improvement, Product Quality, and Technical Service.

Fall Semester co-ops must be available from September - December.

Requirements

To be considered, the following requirements must be met:

  • Enrolled as a full-time student pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical or other engineering disciplines from an ABET accredited program
  • GPA of 3.0 or higher (out of 4.0 scale)
  • Legal right to work in the U.S. without current or future need for visa sponsorship
