YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
• Build leadership skills by working alongside dynamic Store Leaders, Associates, and business partners.
• Develop people skills by actively engaging in networking, recruiting, selection, engagement, and training activities.
• Leverage available tools and resources to ensure an efficient, Customer-focused environment.
• Motivate Associates to anticipate the Customers' needs and exceed their expectations.
• Identify business trends and opportunities, monitor key metrics, and coach to successfully encourage behaviors that drive positive results and lead to business growth.
• Effectively communicate and collaborate with teams to problem solve and reach resolution.

Interns will be expected to work approximately 20-25 hours per week and maintain a flexible work schedule; including nights, weekends, and holidays.
