Position Overview

CT United FC is seeking a Fan Activation & Promotions Intern to support the execution of promotional campaigns and fan engagement initiatives designed to build excitement, drive attendance, and enhance the in-game atmosphere at CT United matches. This role will assist with the planning and delivery of theme nights, giveaways, in-venue promotions, and fan-facing activations that bring the club's brand to life. This internship is ideal for a student or recent graduate interested in sports marketing, event promotions, and creating engaging fan experiences.

Compensation: This is an unpaid internship. Academic credit may be available if required by your institution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete and present an assigned educational project
  • Assist with the execution of promotional and theme night campaigns
  • Support sponsor activations and fulfillment on matchdays
  • Help manage giveaways, contests, and fan engagement moments
  • Coordinate with grassroots street teams and community outreach efforts
