Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented below is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.

We are looking for a Security Analyst I for our growing team in Application Security & Pentest!

What you'll do here:

  • Support incoming security requests from development and engineering teams, helping coordinate reviews, responses, and follow-ups.

  • Assist with mitigation work by documenting findings, tracking remediation progress, and helping validate that issues are addressed appropriately.

  • Contribute to building and improving internal security guidance and guardrails, including secure AI usage and security framework/process documentation.

  • Research and summarize industry tools, techniques, and emerging practices to inform team recommendations.

  • Nice to have: proficiency in Java and Python, with knowledge of application and cloud security concepts, frameworks and tools such as OWASP Top 10, NIST, SAST/SCA, CSPM, risk frameworks, software supply chain security, and AI security.

What you bring to the table:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple teams.

  • Experience collaborating in group/project-based environments and contributing effectively to shared outcomes.

  • Past internship experience in security is considered an asset.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Ability and desire to learn/adapt quickly to a changing environment.

  • Available to work with us full-time, 35 hours per week, for the Fall 2026 Term (September to December).

  • Must be an active student during your internship and/or returning to school in Winter 2027 following your internship.

  • No Canadian work experience required but must be eligible to work in Canada.
