Job description

Job Overview: Fall 2027 Co-op - Creative Operations As a Fall 2027 Creative Operations Co-op at Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP), you will support the Creative Team in managing processes, tools, and workflows that enable the delivery of high-quality creative assets. This role provides exposure to creative project management, cross-functional collaboration with merchandising, growth marketing, and email teams, to drive process improvement. This is an excellent opportunity for students studying Marketing, Communications, Business, Design, Media, or related fields who want to learn how creative teams operate in a business environment.

During the program, the Co-op will gain hands-on experience with project management systems, asset workflows, and product launch planning. Please note: This is not a design or creative production internship. The focus of this role is to support the Creative Team through project coordination, workflow management, and administrative tasks.

This role is aligned to the Coffee Operating Unit. Shift/Schedule: The KDP 2027 Fall Co-op Program will run from July 12th - December 3rd, 2027 Location: Burlington, MA Full-time; 40 hours per week Monday-Friday 8:00am until 5:00pm Hybrid, in-office Tues-Thurs As a Fall 2027 Creative Operations Co-op you will: Partner with designers to develop templates that simplify brand/legal reviews. Contribute to reviewing team workflows to identify opportunities for improvement.

Assist in process documentation across creative brief templates. Create training materials and onboarding documentation, including videos. Help manage and create efficiencies for creative team and other users within workflows in our project management tool.

Elements of the KDP 2027 Co-op Program include: Engaging and partnering on innovative projects to gain experience in a fast paced, cross functional team environment Receive mentor support for your professional development Participate in meet & greets and lunch & learns with KDP executives and other organization leaders Receive professional development training such as networking, professional skills development and presenting Complete a project from start to finish and present it and your takeaways to your team, department,and senior leaders to highlight your project work and impact on the business Total Rewards: $28/hour Paid bi-weekly $5,000 sign on bonus pay, paid within first 30 days of employment Requirements: Undergraduate currently enrolled in a full time academic program from an accredited college or university, within an expected graduation date of Fall 2027 or Spring 2028, majoring in Marketing, Communications, Business, Design, or a related field. Interest in workflow/process improvement and creative operations. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize requests, and meet deadlines Strong communication skills including excellent listening, written, and verbal abilities Ability to work cross-functionally, be independently driven, and adapt to changes Familiarity with project management tools and Adobe Suite are a plus.
