Join SHAWN D BARTLEY AND ASSOCIATES, LLC as a 2L-3L Fall Law Clerk in our dynamic and fast-paced small law office in Silver Spring, MD. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a supportive environment while working alongside experienced legal professionals.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in legal research and drafting of documents including motions and briefs.
  • Attend client meetings and assist with case preparation.
  • Review and summarize case files and legal documents.
  • Support attorneys in trial preparation and courtroom proceedings.
  • Conduct client interviews and gather relevant information.
