CDL DRIVER 

JOIN FALCON FARMS AS A CDL DRIVER – HOME DAILY

Location: Based out of our Georgia facility

This is your opportunity to join one of the most recognized companies in the floriculture industry and play an essential role in delivering fresh flowers across the United States.

As a CDL Driver at Falcon Farms, you will help connect our flower farms in South America with stores and customers across the country-ensuring that beautiful, fresh flowers reach family tables every day.

Best of all - this position offers HOME DAILY routes with no overnight travel.

Job Details

Position: CDL Driver – Local Routes

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: Local routes – Home every day (No overnight routes)

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Work Responsibilities

As a Falcon Farms CDL Driver, you will play a key role in ensuring safe and timely deliveries.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining professionalism while interacting with warehouse staff and customers
  • Safely operating a 26-foot refrigerated (reefer) box truck 
  • Driving local delivery routes with daily return to home base 
  • Loading and unloading cargo shipments (pallets or flower racks)
  • Ensuring products are transported safely while maintaining proper temperature control 
  • Following all DOT regulations and company safety policies 
  • Assisting with warehouse or shipping operations when needed

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Must be at least 21 years old 
  • Possess a valid CDL Class A license 
  • Meet all DOT rules, regulations, and requirements 
  • Ability to pass a DOT drug screening and physical examination 
  • Maintain a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) 
  • Ability to handle physical work including loading and unloading cargo
