Responsibilities
  • Provide Level 3 tech support on troubleshooting and failure analysis for server, rack, storage, GPU products
  • Provide guidance of test plan for new products
  • Verify scripts from software development team and give green lights for deployments
  • Improve test plan and test script to improve efficiency
  • Make improvement on coding and reduce UI and labor cost
  • Maintain reporting tool/website from test DB
  • Globally support test escalated issues
  • Leadership: provide technical direction to testing engineering team
  • Hiring and retaining test engineer talents
Qualifications
  • Bachelor Degree or above, major in engineering or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in server, rack, storage, GPU industrial products
  • Knowledge of programming and databases (Python and MySQL required, PHP preferred)
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma principles of continuous improvement
  • Skilled in debugging and root cause analysis
