Join us and work with fantastic people, while learning and developing yourself on projects that have a real impact on our communities and society.**How you’ll make an impact*** You will lead the Site IT team/ resources in the factory or Hitachi Energy site, act as a point of contact for IT supplier and CDC teams for IT related topics also ensure the Ticket Mgt, Ticket Triage and Escalation.* You will provide Infrastructure support/ delivery onsite also maintain governance and security onsite, collect and manage the demand business requirements for factory / office.* You will provide IT Build project management, provide a first line support and governance for applications also ensure OT Asset IT/OT Cybersecurity operational management and ensure first response for Cybersecurity emergencies.* You will plan and manage factory/ site IT Budget and cost control, ensure machine connectivity with network core switches and manage vendor coordination and network connectivity. (PLC programming out of scope)* You will ensure access to relevant applications for the factory or Hitachi Energy site, ensures (with HR support) that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed also guides, motivates and develops direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies, for the benefit of both company and the employee.* You will Work Onsite to the site or factory your assigned to full time during working week (5days a week).* You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.* Living Hitachi Energy’s core values safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.**Your background*** You hold a bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering preferred, or 10+ years of experience in Information Systems.* Required with 5+years prior experience in IT, 2 years of experience in project management of complex global projects.* Experience in process management, business process improvement, business process management, or value stream mapping.* Experience with manufacturing operations methods, processes, and change management is an advantage.* Experience in complex stakeholder scenarios, cross-functional problem solving and advanced understanding of IT procedures and policies, together with end-to-end business processes knowledge.* Flexibility to manage multiple shifts of IT resources in a factory environment.* Tools experience as such MS Office Products-Excel, Word, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, SNOW Service Now Enterprise IT Management Platform, Microsoft DevOps, Microsoft Azure, SAP S4Hana and Information/Data & Analytics/Business Intelligence.* Methodologies of this role: ITIL 4 Preferred, L6S Lean 6 Sigma Certified, PM/Agile PM and COBIT.* Fluent English communication skills & good local language skills of the major country of responsibility.**More about us**Hitachi Energy Korea have been awarded the following honor [Best Practice in Remote Work Implementation (2021.02), Great Place To Work (2023.06), Best Work places for Senior Employees/Women (2024.11) Etc.] We also offering a several range of benefit programs, such as below* Congratulatory & Condolence Support* Meal Allowance Program* Group-Term Life Insurance* Appreciation and Recognition Program* Medical Check-up (including one additional family member)* Flexible Working hours* Remote Work* Self-Development ProgramAre you interested in our company?
