About this role

The Floor Helper supports daily manufacturing operations by assisting with production tasks, keeping workflow moving, and helping ensure efficient, on-time production in a fast-paced environment.

What you will do

  • Aide in filling general Production needs on factory floor where necessary including:
    • Assembly
    • Trimming/QC
    • Glove turning
    • Labeling
    • Boxing and Shipping/Receiving
    • Leather cutting
  • Keep Work in Process (WIP) moving, and keeping staff functioning without delay between work bundles
  • Confer with lead on needs daily, as a group or individually to assess workload, understand issues, and monitor processes
  • Report findings, needs, and oversights to Sewing Lead.
  • Coordinate daily with manufacturing planning team to ensure adherence to output plan
