POSITION OVERVIEW
Shift Supervisor - $18-$20/hr + consistent 3-4 shift schedule
We are looking for a part-time Shift Supervisor to work alongside and lead team members to achieve shift goals while maintaining a fun and professional retail environment. Shift Supervisors are trained to have a strong understanding of the company, culture, and team with a focus on providing elevated hospitality for every customer. This position features a set schedule of 3-4 consistent shifts each week.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Leadership of store opening or closing duties.
  • Engaging with guests and selling product to achieve sales goals.
  • Team member training and coaching.
  • Communication liaison with store management.
  • Lead shift in mastering product recipes crafting the highest quality desserts for guests.
  • Provide shift leadership in handling customer service needs.
