Assistant Kitchen Manager Job Description:
The Assistant Kitchen Manager supports the Kitchen Manager in overseeing kitchen operations ensuring excellence in food quality and consistency while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.
What You Will Do:
  • Assist the Kitchen Manager in maintaining high standards for food prep and presentation and ensuring quality and cleanliness.
  • Provide coaching and training to develop skills and knowledge of kitchen staff.
  • Follow and maintain proper sanitation, health regulations and food safety standards.
  • Assist the Kitchen Manager with the daily running of the kitchen for smooth, efficient service.

About You:
  • Strong work ethic and team player.
  • Knowledge and understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Excellent verbal communication and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a safe, clean, organized kitchen.
