Role: Cognos Delivery Manager (Sr. PM with background in Reporting: Cognos, ETL:Datastage and BI)

Location: Chicago, IL

Duration: Long term

Official Title: Cognos Factory Manager

Cognos Delivery Manager (Sr. PM with background in Reporting: Cognos, ETL:Datastage and BI)

10 to 15 years of total IT experience with strong background in delivering Business Intelligence (BI) / Data Warehouse (DW) / Analytics solutions using Global Delivery Model

At least 3+ years of experience in managing the delivery from Onsite in a Managed Development Services Model with a team size of at least 25+

Ability to effectively manage multiple streams of development work and coordinate the onsite-offshore team

Experience of at least 2+ years in Cognos (mandatory) (prefer candidates with added experience in Datastage)

Understanding of / experience in Agile delivery of BI solutions

prior experience in interfacing with business users and overall requirement gathering & analysis

Excellent communication skills including ability to communicate well with senior management stakeholders

Good to have experience in delivering BI/DW solutions in capital market/banking/corporate finance areas
