Experienced Automotive Technician - B Level – Monday-Friday – Up to $35/hr+

Location: Minnetonka, MN
Schedule: Monday through Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Pay Plan: $25/hour Base + $10 per Flat Rate Hour Billed (Depending on Experience)
Pay Schedule: Bi-Weekly

Position Summary

We're hiring experienced B Level Automotive Technician for a growing independent automotive repair shop in St. Louis Park, MN! This is an excellent opportunity for technicians who enjoy working in a positive, team-oriented environment where training, technology, and career growth are prioritized.

This shop is looking for motivated automotive technicians with at least 3 years of experience who can handle bumper-to-bumper repairs, perform light diagnostics, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform bumper-to-bumper automotive diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on all makes and models
  • Complete brake, suspension, steering, engine, and general repair work efficiently and accurately
  • Utilize scan tools and diagnostic equipment to identify and troubleshoot vehicle issues
  • Perform factory maintenance services, tune-ups, oil changes, and inspections
  • Communicate effectively with service advisors and teammates regarding repair needs
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Stay current with evolving automotive technology and repair procedures
  • Deliver high-quality workmanship while meeting production goals

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional automotive repair experience required
  • B Level Automotive Technician experience preferred
  • Ability to perform bumper-to-bumper repairs independently
  • Some diagnostic experience required
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
  • Organized, efficient, and dependable work habits
  • Strong communication skills
  • Valid driver's license
  • ASE certifications are a plus
