What You'll Do
As a Machine Operator, you'll be part of our team located in Jackson, TN. You'll get to:
  • Operate blade manufacturing equipment includes start-up and shutdown, re-starts after stoppages, and problem-solving equipment processing issues.
  • Operate and monitor high temperature furnaces, tempering furnaces, endothermic gas generator, and other Heat Treat related equipment.
  • Safely operate and move heavy loads on overhead crane system, along with mobile equipment.
  • Perform cleaning, basic PM, minor changeovers, and adjustments of die set and applicable tooling.
  • Perform necessary quality checks of product including the effective use of calipers, micrometers, indicators, functional gauges, and other measuring equipment..
  • Perform operator PM of machinery including required lubrication & maintaining proper oil and coolant levels.
  • Maintain and operate multiple machines at a time.
  • Complete any and all necessary forms and paperwork.

  • Machine operator experience
