Job description

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a variety of machinery to produce high-quality components and products. Your expertise in machine operation, programming, and precision measurement will ensure efficient production processes and adherence to safety standards. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about manufacturing, machining, and craftsmanship to contribute to a thriving facility dedicated to excellence. Duties.

  • Ability to read blueprints accurately and interpret GD&T specifications for precision manufacturing.
  • Skilled in using hand tools such as calipers, micrometers, wrenches, screwdrivers, and other basic math skills necessary for measurements and calculations.
  • Experience with CAD software like SolidWorks for design review and tooling development.
  • Familiarity with factory safety standards, warehouse procedures, materials handling equipment including forklifts, and quality control protocols.
  • Knowledge of welding techniques is a plus for fabrication tasks; experience in manufacturing environments is highly valued.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot machinery issues quickly and efficiently.
