Ensures that products being built and processes being used adhere to all standards and requirements.
3rd SHIFT
Job Requirements
  • 3rd Shift
  • Performing quality reviews and internal audits; evaluating data and writing reports to validate or indicate deviations from existing standards.
  • Monitoring product life cycle processes and products for adherence to company and regulatory standards and practices; participating in quality improvement initiatives and projects.
  • Analyzing statistical data and product specifications to determine standards and establish quality and reliability objectives of finished product; providing improvement recommendations based on data.
  • Collaborating with Quality & Reliability Engineers in project deliverables; owning and accomplishing standard projects with non-complex customers.

What your background should look like
Typically requires 3-4 years or more of related work experience.
Requires high school diploma/GED.
Completion of an AA degree or equivalent is preferred.

COMPENSATION
• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $44,500 - $66,700 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
